I placed an order for 2 potli bags on July 14, 2024 and as of today, on July 29, 2024 I haven't yet received the delivery. I have tried reaching our to Amyra customer care multiple times with no response whatsoever, so have been coordinating with the courier company to ensure my order is delivered. It is likely a fault of BlueDart that I haven't yet received my order, but as a customer of Amyra, I expect them to respond to me and let me know that, rather than for me to chase the courier company consistently on a daily basis. Would advise to be cautious when ordering from Amyra.
